Job Overview

As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executives, managing calendars, taking meeting notes and minutes, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information

What You’ll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks, ensuring efficient time management
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and conferences
  • Manage email and other correspondence on behalf of the executives
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and team members
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or remote experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Preferably with 5-10+ years experience working directly with C-level executives
  • Proficiency using Telegram and Project Management tools
