By accessing and using the services provided by HiringSGJob, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the services provided by HiringSGJob.
Content Restrictions
Content posted on HiringSGJob must comply with local regulations as well as with the law applicable in Singapore. Illegal activities such as but not limited to harassment, fraud, threats, or bullying are strictly prohibited.
Any content which is judged as defamation, offensive, libelous, or any other form of inappropriate matter is not tolerated and may result in the removal of the content and/or the user account from HiringSGJob.
User Accounts
The use of the services provided by HiringSGJob is open to all users who are aged 18 years or over. Users must provide truthful information when creating or updating an account. It is prohibited to create an account on behalf of another person.
It is the responsibility of the user to maintain the privacy of login details and to restrict access to the user account. The user should inform HiringSGJob immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of the account.
Payment Terms
For certain services, HiringSGJob may require payment of a fee. Payments are processed through a secure payment processor and should be made in Singapore Dollars. All transactions should be completed within 7 days of the payment request.
In the case of dispute, HiringSGJob reserves the right to determine the amount to be refunded or the extent of damages, depending on the merits of the case. It is the responsibility of the user to be aware of refunds, cancellations, and other policies applicable to HiringSGJob, otherwise the user forfeits their rights to any claims.
Liability Restrictions
HiringSGJob is unable to guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any of the services it provides. In no event shall HiringSGJob be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of its services.
Privacy Policy
All personal data provided by the user when using HiringSGJob’s services are subject to our Privacy Policy and may be collected, used and shared in accordance with said policy. The user expressly consents to this and agrees to be bound by the terms of the Privacy Policy.

- Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of Singapore.
- HiringSGJob may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Service without any notification.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between HiringSGJob and its users. If any part of the terms are held invalid, the remainder of the terms will remain in full effect.
