If the food looks fresh and plentiful, our guests are excited to dine with us. In addition, you can help ensure that our guests make a great stir-fry by guiding them through the market area. You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy
Requirements

  • Bring a professional and well groomed appearance to the job
  • Interact with our guests in the Market Area and communicating in a positive manner
  • Become familiar with the Kitchen and market area; with a knowledge of all products and product specifications.
  • Prepare and handle food while adhering to sanitation practices
  • Fill and maintain the market area, ensuring that all items are fresh and pans are full.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the Market Area and the kitchen
  • Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved.
  • As a QB prepares desserts and appetizers with established recipes.
  • Be a bd’s Team Mate
