Wests Illawarra & Port Kembla Golf Club is one of the oldest and most prestigious golf clubs in the Illawarra region. Located in the suburb of Windang, the course was established in 1921 and has hosted several prestigious championships, including the Australian Open (the first four years). The course has two 18-hole layouts, the East and West Courses, with the West Course being the more challenging and popular of the two. Both courses boast some spectacular views and well-maintained grass surfaces. There is a 400-metre driving range located near the clubhouse, along with a practice putting green, locker rooms, and a fully stocked pro shop.
