Details For The Position Are As Follows

My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an——– Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in –North Chicago, IL (HYBRID).
Contract role of 6 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $30-32/hr. Hybrid capability to work from home, 3 days onsite.
Job Description

  • Provides general administrative support. May provide back-up support to higher-level management, as needed. Calendar management, proactively solving conflicts.
  • Interacts with high-level executives and handles confidential or business-sensitive information.
  • Meeting/event planning and catering. Preparing presentations from source materials.
  • May include some support for tracking budget expenditures.
  • Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software, including the Corporate Travel and Expense website and employee performance management systems (as applicable).
  • Coordinates new employee office set-ups and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • High level admin assistant experience required.
  • Must have intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, SharePoint, Visio or OrgPlus and understanding of business processes and requirements.
