WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Operate lifts
  • Greet customers
  • Check lift tickets
  • Assist guests in getting on the Gondola cars, Ridge Runner carts or Cascade Putting Course
  • Ensure the safe dismount of guests (top hut)
  • Load and unload bikes from carriers
  • Ensure guest safety at all times
  • Check equipment for proper operation
  • Maintain cleanliness of greens on Cascade Putting Course
  • Maintain a constant flow of guests playing Cascade Putting Course
  • Maintain the loading and unloading areas according to policy
  • Monitor line-ups and adjust spacing accordingly
  • Answer all guest enquiries: trail information, rentals, food services, general resort information, etc.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Minimum 16 years of age according to TSSA standards
  • Outgoing, friendly, customer service oriented
  • Self starter, able to sustain brisk pace throughout the day
  • Previous lift experience preferred but not required
  • Must be available to work flexible hours throughout summer including weekends & holidays.
