Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES FOR Warehouse Manager

  • General administration duties.
  • Preparing of routing / planning for customers and delivery crew.
  • Preparing of planning for packers / pickers.
  • Updating of customers list and communicating by emails / group chat.
  • Handling of monthly billing.
  • Managing in/outgoing e-mails and delivery orders.
  • Handling customer / delivery crew complaints or feedback.
  • Monitor and Maintain KPI
  • Manage and Maintain of delivery teams and equipments.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
