Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Order processing, purchasing, and shipment using SAP system
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and to customers
  • Work with Logistics / Operations Team for shipping and distribution of parts to fulfill customers’ orders
  • Ensure timely invoicing to customers in compliance with payment terms
  • Assist in audit (filing retrieval etc.)
  • Backlog management
  • Perform Inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of Inventory
  • Respond to sale inquiries and purchase orders
  • Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile Inventory

Requirement

  • Preferably 2 years of direct customer service or order processing in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proficient in intermediate-level Excel and SAP
  • 5.5 Days
