Looking for a hardworking, entrepreneurial and team-oriented operations and book-keeping manager that will be invested in a fast growing Luxury optical start-up. O&O Eyewear was started in a small shop-house in Joo Chiat, Singapore, in 2020, and now boasts a distribution portfolio of some of the most exciting luxury optical brands in Europe and Asia at the moment.
Responsibilities
Raising invoices, credit notes for global accounts (Europe & Asia) using Xero accounting software.
Stock management – stock in, stock out, quarterly stock take, recording of samples all using Xero.
Analysis (using excel and Xero) of stock on hand, best sellers and liaising with the Founder and Asia Pac director for new purchase orders.
Picking, packing of existing stock from the O&O warehouse for shipping via DHL.
Experience & Qualifications
O&O is a start-up so lateral thinking, problem solving and a willingness to find solutions is highly valued.
Proficiency in excel and office sweet is a must.
Knowledge of Xero accounting software is useful (albeit can be taught to the right candidate).
Additionally, knowledge on stock management systems and software is also valued.

Salary Expectations
Role is salaried with a discretionary bonus. Expected monthly salary is negotiable.
