Job Description

Job Description

  • Assist in scheduling polo lessons for club members or non-members.
  • Coordinate with instructors and riders to find suitable lesson times.
  • Prepare monthly invoices for polo lessons, ad-hoc horse hire, events, and tournament fees.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to ATOMS activities.
  • Respond to all ATOMS club emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from club members, prospective riders, and others.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in all email and phone communications.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating various club events, including tournaments, Polo Camps, overnight camp and Kids’ events.
  • Provide assistance to the Polo Loft when necessary.
  • Keep detailed records of ATOMS club horses’ utilisation and movement.
  • Ensure accurate and updated information on horse availability and usage.
  • Prepare notices for club members regarding upcoming events, changes in schedules, or important announcements.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Minimum GCE “O” Level
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful, self-starter and a good team player
  • Ability to multi-task and possess proactive and positive work attitude
