Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Responsible for daily operations pertaining to enquiries, feedback, executing order processing, quality of products, delivery status, product exchange if the need arises and arranging samples for new customer requests.
• Manage the client relationship from a service quality and operations perspective to ensure all contracted service level agreements are met.
• Assist as the internal or external customer advocate on operational and service management matters.
• Prepare Daily Sales Reports.

Operations Admininistration

• Place purchase orders as per chef’s needs.
• Track purchase orders and supplier delivery schedules
• To update changes of cost prices from vendors at PO.
• To generate PO and file accordingly
• Posting of invoices using SAGE system.
• Enter batch numbers in picking slips once order received by customer.
• Update cost prices and prepare month end inventory report.
• Assist in renewal of LEW, Fire Extinguisher, Gas inspection, Test Pressure, SFA and Halal Certificate.
• Other ad-hoc duties / project as assigned by Superiors.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least ITE / GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’/Diploma or its equivalent.
• Candidate with at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferable in Food Industry.
• Good knowledge of customer service and enquiry-handling processes.
• Able to work on Saturdays.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Good personality.
• Good team player, possesses the ability to work with minimum supervision.
