Provide professional foot reflexology treatment(Foot/Body Massage Therapist)
Attend to customers in a polite and pleasant manner
Build and establish good rapport with customers
Schedule customer booking and confirmation follow up
Assist in all reception duties as and when required.Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
