Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to our CEO to join our company. If you are selected, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO to manage the company’s operations and drive strategic growth. Your remuneration offered will commensurate with your experience and suitability for the role.

Job Scope

• Managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time utilization.
• Work closely with the CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinating and organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
• Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting research and compiling information to support the CEO’s decision-making processes.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and business presentations.
• Handling incoming communications, emails, and phone calls, and responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
• Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, clients, partners, and vendors.
• Handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Undertaking special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.

Job Requirements

• Must be willing to work fully onsite, 6 days a week.
• Must be able to respond to emails or calls outside of office hours.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with professional interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software/tools.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Adept at multitasking and staying composed under pressure.
