Job Description

We are looking for an individual with a Can-Do attitude, keens to take on new challenges and grows together as a team.

• Design, evaluate, and improve global/regional affiliate system
• Affiliates account management (daily Q&A, reporting)
• Manage the affiliates on a daily basis, incentify affiliates to join promotion
• Source potential new affiliates in global markets
• Oversee all affiliate campaigns ensure their integrity and that they meet our standards
• Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
• Create content, visuals and collateral for marketing campaigns and channels
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the online platform, Work on Mandarin and English e-commerce websites;
• Develop and implement newsletters to relevant audiences
• Update and maintain our websites and relevant partner channels
• Assist the team with organisation of events, both in person and online
• Liaise with partner marketing platforms as required
• Assist with daily business administration tasks
• Assist with enquiries when required
• Assist with eCommerce fulfillment
• Able to integrate various online channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote the company’s products;
• Be able to actively plan and execute marketing plans including various holiday promotions, theme special sessions, and official events;
• Responsible for updating the plan and implementation of the product details page;
• Strong interest in Internet e-commerce industry, have a strong team spirit and work passion, good at communication, and hardworking;

Technical Skills

• Good command of the English language, confident in writing descriptive and engaging copy
• Basic design knowledge, able to use Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Genuine interest in the F&B industry, with any previous experience an advantage
• Digital savviness with exposure to CMS / E-commerce platforms / SAAS
• Experience with crafting reports and analysing data (optional)
