Job Description

Drive Business Growth:

a. Identify, select, and target strategic new markets, opportunities, and customers.

b. Analyze market trends and conditions to develop strategies that capitalize on changing market or customer conditions.

c. Generate and communicate growth opportunities through investments.

d. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and identify growth/improvement opportunities.

Manage Stakeholder Relationships:

a. Serve as the primary contact between customers and the internal organization.

b. Coordinate cross-functional alignment between the company’s commercial, operational, financial, legal, and technical teams.

c. Provide regular updates on the progress of business cases and projects to senior management.

d. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop specifications aligned with customer, operational, or market requirements.

e. Develop relationships with relevant government authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of preferred commercial and business development experience in associated industries.
  • Resourcefulness, effective communication, and customer relationship management.
  • Thorough understanding of financial concepts and models.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
