Job Description

  • Ensure that documents records are sorted, prepared, scanned, indexed accurately
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Track and organise documents
  • To provide administrative support
  • To attend to phone enquiries
  • Prepare documentation
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Singaporeans Only.
  • Possess GCE ‘A’ Level/ Diploma in any field
  • Prior working experience as an administrator will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience is a must
