Job Description
Work location: Ang Mo Kio, nearby Yio Chu Kang MRT station
Contract period: 12 months
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Coordinate with users to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
- Supply & provide services of specific scope of works.
- Liaise with customers & vendors to coordinate project related operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of project obligations.
- Manage escalations and perform service-recovery.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/ A levels/ O levels/ Nitec
- Good administrative and coordination skills
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to travel to different customers’ office locations when required
- Training will be provided
