As a Supervisor, you will lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, managing cashiering duties, overseeing inventory, and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the standard for exceptional service as you engage with walk-in customers, leading by example and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Take charge of cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism while empowering the team to deliver the same.
  • Showcase your styling expertise by curating attractive displays and proactively restocking merchandise, ensuring the fashion offerings are always top-notch.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Location:

  • Multiple Fashion Outlets across the Island (Outlet assignment nearest to your residence)

Salary Package

  • Supervisor: $2600 – $2900 (candidate with supervisory fashion retail experience)
