Job Description

  • Support regional recruitment efforts by managing candidate outreach, scheduling interviews, and facilitating job offers.
  • Handle the administration of work permits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Take charge of the employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation exercises to assess staff confirmation.
  • Manage training activities and maintain accurate training records for the organization.
  • Prepare employment contracts and oversee the administration of training agreements.
  • Generate monthly reports on employee turnover and new hires within the region.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and contribute to HR reporting.
  • Provide assistance in contract management and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Undertake additional HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
  • Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
