- Support regional recruitment efforts by managing candidate outreach, scheduling interviews, and facilitating job offers.
- Handle the administration of work permits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Take charge of the employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
- Coordinate performance evaluation exercises to assess staff confirmation.
- Manage training activities and maintain accurate training records for the organization.
- Prepare employment contracts and oversee the administration of training agreements.
- Generate monthly reports on employee turnover and new hires within the region.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and contribute to HR reporting.
- Provide assistance in contract management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Undertake additional HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Possess a Diploma in Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
- Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
