Job Description

  • Execute month-end financial tasks, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
  • Prepare schedules for leases and fixed assets.
  • Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis by resolving open items.
  • Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
  • Provide monthly detailed variance analysis for both balance sheet and profit and loss items, supporting management reporting.
  • Prepare error-free accounting reports and present results for quarterly reporting to the Group.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective accounting control procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Assist with financial and tax audits.
  • Support Accounts Receivables (AR) and/or Accounts Payables (AP) functions, verifying collections and payments in adherence to payment/credit terms.
  • Undertake additional ad hoc projects and assignments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
