TEMP STAFF: Strategy & Transformation Office (STO)

SINGAPOREANS/ PRs ONLY

($2,100 to $2,300)

LOCATION

Buona Vista

Job Description

  • Support the various administrative and operational needs of the department
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to facilitate the implementation of dept’s activities, e.g. company events.
  • Support some design and development work for videos and communication pieces that STO is preparing for – this would include video editing and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) design; and disseminate them to relevant parties.

WORKING HOURS

  • 5 days work week
  • Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm
  • Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Requirements

  • Preferably relevant experience in video editing and design work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and with external partners
  • Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
