Job Description

  • Collecting, distributing and tracking of hardcopy mails for the Division.
  • Tearing and sorting of GIRO forms for FIN processing.
  • Follow-up on returned mails and Lost & Found Cards.
  • Processing of U Care Programs and Appeals which includes data entry, verification of supporting documents, assessment of application, follow-up on incomplete applications, direction of forms to union, scanning of hardcopy forms for record purposes.

Requirement

  • IT Savvy and Proficient in MS Office
  • Singaporean Only

Additional Info

  • Contract type: 3 months (option to extend)
  • No. of candidates required: 1 pax
  • Working hours and days: Monday to Friday (9am to 630pm)
  • Salary as follows:
  • Under Dip: $8/hr (approx. $1473/month)
  • Diploma: $9/hr (approx. $1657/month)
  • Undergrad: $10/hr (approx. $1841/month)
  • Degree: $12/hr (approx. $2210month)
  • Date of commencement: Immediate
  • Working location: Marina Boulevard (Central)
