Job Description

  • Assist in establishing best practice in Digitization and Automation of processes within the manufacturing sites within APAC
  • Plan regional product portfolio together with sites and country organizations to ensure supply under consideration of short lead times and efficient use of working capital
  • Assess the maturity and propose measures for optimization of demand planning processes together with planning teams in supply chain and sales planning teams in stakeholders in the region and countries
  • Analyze data and setting best practices (quick wins) that help improve ability to forecast and shape demand both for Crop Protection and RC
  • In conjunction with Head of Formulation Filling and Packaging (FFP) APAC continue Digitization Roadmap rollout for remaining paper workflows
  • Drive automation efforts together with site and leverage RPA experience from Supply Chain environment to Operations environment
  • Plan a small portfolio E2E and alignment of planning with respective sites and development of mitigation plans in case of major demand or supply divisions
  • Map out demand planning and develop improvement measures and alignment with system standards
  • Develop demand planning strategy going forward with respect to flexibility, resilience, cost and investment needs
