Job Description

Position Overview

Responsible for supervising and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in kitchens, dishwashing areas, garbage collection and disposal, and any other production areas

The Role

  • Supervise Stewarding Operations
  • Assist to supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operations, and costs
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
  • Assist to supervise the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of product and services
  • Collaborations with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with Outlets, Culinary, Banquets & Catering to anticipate upcoming operational needs
  • Co-ordinate the movement and storage of operational equipment at various locations

Talent Profile

  • 3 years of relevant experience in in stewarding
