Job Description

  • As the in-house social media manager for a highly specialized clinic, the role requires a good command of English to engage the audience of our social content.
  • Research trends, brainstorm creative new ideas and assess their suitability to be applied to Terra
  • Engage with influencers across various platforms, assess their suitability for sponsorship or partnership deals and ROAS
  • Plan a monthly or quarterly calendar, in discussion with in-house marketing team & vendors
  • Plan and execute the social media aspect of marketing
  • Periodically audit Terra’s social media content and assets for relevancy and compliance with existing regulations
  • Enhance the company’s social media channels’ presence – followers, subscribers, views, shares, likes, comments etc.
  • Research and identify target audience and advise implementers / vendors on this
  • Assist in maintaining the relevant social media platforms / channels used by Terra Medical Clinic and the Doctor(s) – including auditing content regularly
  • Have an understanding of the function of the clinic and hair restoration principles in order to be more fluid on the job and to come up with new social media content that is relevant, promotional and interesting
