Job Description

  • Assist in taking food orders
  • Serve food in timely manner
  • Able to operate Point of Sales system
  • Provide good customer service
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all associates and guests.
  • Practice good Hygiene at all times
  • Gather and implement all proper tools for running shifts (i.e. schedules, floor plans, bookings, order chits, Micros printer rolls and any other equipment).
  • Assist in finding solutions for problems such as last minute bookings or any other daily problems that may arise.
  • Ensure guests’ satisfaction by knowing their needs and communicating to the kitchen correctly.
  • Be on the floor during all meal periods to ensure adequate manpower coverage
  • Assist in the general cleaning of the restaurant.
  • Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
  • Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
