Job Description

Job Description

  • To provide accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
  • Responsible for preparation of statement of outstanding account
  • To follow up all the outstanding payment
  • To manage all accounting transactions
  • To prepare budget forecast
  • To maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • To coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
  • To coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
  • To ensure company comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirement

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Min 2 years relevant work experience in relevant field, experience in construction company is an added value
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
