Job Description

Position – Sales Executive (FMCG)

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies, objectives and action plans to achieve distribution, display and sales objectives in alcoholic beverages industry
  • Ensure sales and distribution target and Kpi are met
  • Plan and implement strategies for both volume and value growth within specific accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute trade marketing promotional plans
  • Identify new business prospects as well as service existing accounts.
  • Ensure healthy account receivable

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related discipline
  • Prior relevant working experience in FMCG will be advantageous
  • Good sales knowledge with strong rapport building skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Positive mindset
  • Preferably own a vehicle (car)
  • Ability to search out business leads
  • Ability to work after regular office hours as and when required.
  • Posses knowledge in MS words and Excel
