Job Information

Job Description

• Responsible for Marketing and Sales of company products to various type of Market.
• Manage food service and wet market customers
• Maintain good relationship with new/existing clienteles to achieve sales revenue and profit target.
• Liaise with internal operational teams on service excellence to meet customer’s needs
• Handle Business proposals and quotations.
• Providing product demonstrations to clients and taking the lead in resolving complaints.
• Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base. Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met.
• Proposes solution to avoid/fix stock problem and avoid wastage or product unavailability
• Managing a network of vendors and suppliers.
• Proposes sales forecasts for the specific category
• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow
• Keeping up to date with advancements in marketing.

Requirements

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration
• Preferable with Valid driver’s license with own car
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
• Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
• Welcomes challenge and has a passion for results
• Able to work independently and without supervision
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Preferable with Min 2 years of sales experience in F&B or Poultry industry
