Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Bendemeer / Work from home arrangements

Working Hours: 10am – 5pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): SGD2500~SGD3500 + KPI incentive + Commission

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries on services and prepare sales quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets assigned to the sales team and identify opportunities to increase sales volume.
  • Perform cold calls and schedule sales appointments with potential clients for drone filming projects.
  • Proactively engage in maintaining excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions.
  • Carrying out other needed assignments as required by management.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements

  • At least one year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Background in Media, Film Production, or any related field is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Personality Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with proper grammar in both written and verbal communications.
  • A clear and confident telephone manner is required.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, customer-focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate quotes and contracts
