Position: Sales Admin

We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Admin to join our team. As a Sales Admin, you will be a crucial support to the sales team, assisting in managing sales processes and providing excellent customer service.


  • Assist the sales team in the day-to-day follow-up and management of sales activities.
  • Handle sales orders, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accurate records in the sales system.
  • Follow up and promptly address customer queries, complaints, and issues, providing excellent customer service experience.
  • Maintain customer database, update sales data and information.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, sales data analysis, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as travel arrangements, document filing, and meeting scheduling.


  • Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals at different levels.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt to various situations.
  • Team player with a positive work attitude.
