  • Assist in preparing proposals and tenders
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with vendors and partners
  • Manage supply chain activities and coordinate with freight agents
  • Manage supplier payment activities
  • Manage invoicing and monitoring of payments
  • Coordinate and monitor project administration, deliverables, and documentation
  • Handle general office administration tasks, such as answering phone calls and maintaining office supplies
  • Perform daily admin duties and provide internal support as needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Sales support and administrative experience, with a preference for those who have experience in project management
  • Experience and knowledge in supply chain management, which would be advantageous for the role
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with relevant software and applications.
