Job Description

Benefits Summary

  • Basic up to $300 + 1.5 month VB
  • Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.45pm

Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day corresponding emails between suppliers and customers
  • Process sales enquiries, generate quotations & consolidate orders
  • Be the point of contact between the warehouse and sales team
  • Compile and prepare shipping documents for exportation – Experience in handling/checking LC is required
  • Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support Sales Managers and Executives

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must possess both sales and shipping/logistics knowledge
  • Diploma in relevant fields or minimum ‘A’ Level certificate with similar working experience
  • Experience in handling/checking LC is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with strong knowledge of Excel to include V-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
