  • Set up and dismantle roadshow displays and booths
  • Engage with potential customers and create a positive, interactive experience
  • Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits effectively
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Actively promote and sell products/services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the team
  • Maintain a clean and organized booth area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
  • Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident personality
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Physically capable of setting up and carrying equipment
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
