Retail plays a critical role in transforming customer curiosity into partnerships through your passion for technology and desire to help and solve our customers’ pain points.

As a Retail Executive, you should be able to effectively communicate with our customers by having a genuine interest in people and their story, enabling you to identify solutions that are unique to each customer. You’re a point of contact for our customers across the subscriber journey, with results against established targets and a desire to expand on your responsibilities with an aim to achieve your career development & aspirations.


  • Maintain store operations and client records.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers across different channels to effectively relay features & benefits of ViewQwest’s residential products and services.
  • Negotiating and proposing retention solutions to customers to renew contracts and retain business.
  • Hit monthly business targets through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners on pre and post sales for consumer residential products.
  • Assist customers with aftersales concern and direct them to the appropriate groups internally.
  • Attend meetings and training when required.
  • Generate and submit reports and all other required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.


  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
  • Prior experience in IT/Telco industries will have an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in Telesales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills, listening skills, presentation skills, time management skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
