Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers into the store in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build rapport and relationships with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of O+ products and services and provide accurate information to customers.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, customer-focused store environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required (Training will be provided).
• Passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
