Job Description

  • Perform daily operation tasks (eg. Taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, attend to reservation phone calls and serving food & beverage, etc)
  • Provide excellent customer service at all time and ability to handle feedback
  • Maintain a high tandard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all time
  • Ensure compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as the cleanliness and sanitation at work areas
  • To perform opening and closing duties
  • Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by manager
  • Control of all menus, dessert menus, wine lists, and beverage menus in perfect condition.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin preferred.
  • Passion for food, creative and teamwork.
