Our client is in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the restaurant and retail space.

Reporting to Director.

【 What you will be doing 】

  • Training and supervision of restaurant staff ensuring exceptional service
  • Overseeing food presentation and supermarket products to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Perform cashiering duty
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Report any incident/accident, customer complaints or feedback to the Superior
  • Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and services
  • Reviewing customer feedback to implement ways to improve customer service
  • Monitoring retail inventory, ensuring all products and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  • Place purchase order from supplier
  • Ensure retail products are stocked, well and safely displayed
  • Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Store management experience, preferably in F&B or the Retail industry
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Be able to maintain quality, excellent service and cleanliness at all times
  • Willing to work on a Shift basis, and on weekends & PH
  • Working Hour

9:00 ~ 18:00
