Job Description

  • Duties as prescribed by the director and the headchef in a diligent fashion
  • Training and management of floor staff to achieve guest satisfaction, operation efficiency, and productivity
  • Managing of reservations and event planning
  • Ensure impeccable hygiene standard in the kitchen and dining area
  • Responsible for the accountability and sustainability of the food and other stocks supplies to ensure smooth operation
  • Manage restaurant P&L to optimize man profit, monitor, and control operational costs, cost of goods, labour, and other controllable expenses
  • Ensure that the restaurant attains every form of licensing requirement, like liquor licenses and other HSA requirements and quickly attend to repairs that have to be made within the restaurant.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company and Management.
  • Salary Package: Range from $6,500 to $10,00 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
