Job Description

Looking for a skilled food and beverage manager with a great personality to join the team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Can

  • Managing a team of staff and being a mentor to them
  • Thorough food and beverage knowledge and the ability to share this knowledge through trainings
  • Comprehensive service knowledge and skillset
  • Understanding of wines and local suppliers with the ability to curate a wine list for some concepts
  • Experience of both fine and casual dining concepts, with the ability to blend both concepts
  • Experience in trendy, lively restaurants
  • Creativity to be able to tailor a unique beverage programme
  • Ordering experience to hit financial goals manage costs
  • Sales experience to hit beverage sales targets
  • Inventory management and weekly control of stock
  • Personable in interactions and engagement with guests
  • Team player willing to go above and beyond
  • Understanding of P&L and how to drive sales and profits
  • Understanding of different cultures and concepts is a plus
  • Fun and lively

Professional Qualifications Required

  • 5 year minimum experience in the field
