Job Description

  • Manage in training and supervising front of the house and back of the house staff members
  • Handle Opening and Closing procedures
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Supervise and maintain quality control for all food served
  • Provide recommendations and upsell to maximize profitability
  • Handle cash register, POS and Credit card terminals
  • Coordinate reservations and deliveries
  • Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping
  • Manage inventory

Requirements

  • Diploma in Food and Beverage Management
  • At least 3 year of supervisory experience in F&B or equivalent
  • Strong passion for Customer Service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mature and decisive with good business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to undertake and complete multiple tasks
