Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and/or visitors and assist with checking in or any of their needs
  • Assist in front desk administrative work and smoothie & juice bar operations
  • Handle requests from members and/or visitors
  • Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered, and feedback and complaints are handled effectively
  • Ensure necessary amenities are well replenished in the gym
  • Ensure the gym’s appearance reflects the highest standard throughout the common areas
  • Familiarise yourself with the company’s system software and update appointment calendars
  • Multitasking, e.g. (Checking in our out clients, taking orders and making beverages)
  • Handling of large payment transactions

Requirements

  • Must possess prior experience as a receptionist (or similar) for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential
  • Able to take initiative and work well independently
  • Highly energetic individuals with cheerful personalities and a strong enthusiasm for fitness
