Job Description

As a Receptionist And Office Administrator, Your Responsibilities Include

  • Greet visitors and handle their inquiries
  • Coordinate and scheduling of the meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and guests, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
  • Assist with visa applications and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
  • Manage insurance coverage for employees traveling domestically and internationally.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external suppliers and vendors for office maintenance, facilities management, building management, taxes, insurance, stationery, and pantry supplies.
  • Organize and maintain the company’s archives, including warehouse storage organization, rental, sorting, and filing.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing company events and activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in any fields and above
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently
