Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting/ recruitment agency in the maritime industry, is seeking a Receptionist cum Admin to join our client’s team. As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of professionalism and customer service. You will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to the team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize workload, and a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office
- Answer and manage incoming calls, redirecting calls when necessary
- Manage the reception area, ensuring that it is clean and well-presented at all times
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Assist in the organization of meetings, including booking rooms and preparing necessary materials
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, office admin, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize workload
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing inventory and office supplies
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
