Job Description

The Product Admin conducts document checks while providing general administrative support. S/he is responsible for raising Purchase Orders and maintaining records. S/he is to understand the requirement of respective vendors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Submission of claims/ rebates/ forms for internal submission.
• Develop and maintain record system in order to reference in future.
• Creation of SKU within EDIST.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders approval report.
• Create Purchase Orders for brands that company represents.
• Coordinate with Service team closely on RMA/ Returns Procedures.
• Support timely weekly/ monthly reports to Product team for vendor submissions.
• Communicate requirements and activities with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 1-year related Administrative work experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Speed and accuracy.
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
