The Product Admin conducts document checks while providing general administrative support. S/he is responsible for raising Purchase Orders and maintaining records. S/he is to understand the requirement of respective vendors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Submission of claims/ rebates/ forms for internal submission.
- Develop and maintain record system in order to reference in future.
- Creation of SKU within EDIST.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders approval report.
- Create Purchase Orders for brands that company represents.
- Coordinate with Service team closely on RMA/ Returns Procedures.
- Support timely weekly/ monthly reports to Product team for vendor submissions.
- Communicate requirements and activities with stakeholders.
- Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 1-year related Administrative work experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Speed and accuracy.
