Job Description

  • Handle internal and external inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customers complaints
  • Provide customers with our course and product information
  • Email and prepare invoice and quotation
  • Collection of payment
  • Liaise with customers for day to day inquiries
  • Other Administrative Duties Job Requirements
  • Able to type letters and business plans
  • Preferred English and Chinese Speaker (As the customers are mainly Chinese speakers, most of the time need to use Chinese to provide information or feedback to customers in spoken and writing)
  • Genuine interest in working with and helping customers
  • Able to reply to messages in a timely and fast manner
  • Good at multitasking
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous past experiences will be an advantage
  • Makinh phone appointment
