Job Description

We are looking to employ a personal assistant to the MD to support our Company’s growth plan.

Core Responsibilities

  • Liaise with work colleagues and follow up with them on updates and reports.
  • Liaise with vendors, service provides, suppliers and customers.
  • Run personal errands for the MD.
  • Keep track and remind MD on important events.
  • Research and compare airfares and accommodation rates and make travel arrangements for staff.
  • Source and purchase or sell items in platforms such as Carousell, Taobao, Lazada.
  • Perform Bank payment approval.
  • Assist in general HR and admin matters where needed.
  • Manage all corporate insurance matters.
  • Organise company events such as outings, management retreat, annual dinner, etc…
  • Create a positive and conducive work environment.
  • Any other tasks assigned by MD.

The ideal candidate should

  • At least 3 years work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Singapore market with exposure in SME environment.
  • Be proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Have a strong interpersonal, communications, negotiation skills.
  • Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • A valid class 3 driving license is an advantage.
