We are a brand new concept cafe, branching from Bakery Brera, collaborating with National Museum of Singapore to serve the seniors, dementia and the general public.
Looking for a team player, one who can work as a Part Time (4 days) cook with basic culinary training, understand food safety, basic cooking, making sandwiches, salad, handling bread and pastries etc. Any baking experience is a plus.
You need to do stock taking of ingredients, ordering and R&D new recipes occassionaly.
