Job Description

  • Create and maintain the restaurant’s menu and identity.
  • Well-knowledgeable about Western cuisine preparation
  • Creative menu and recipe development to execution
  • Ensure food is prepared properly-quality, and presentation based on SOPs
  • Train new kitchen staff
  • Responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the outlet
  • Understands and comply with the mandatory hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards
  • Oversee food costs- works within budget
  • Present tastings as part of the creation of new products and continuous improvement of existing products and cost reduction
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
