The Associate is responsible for providing operational duties
SCOPE OF WORK
To ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues and queries both immediately and efficiently.
Manage and be accountable for outlets’ operation.
In charge of others duties such as Inventory replenishing, maintain cleanliness and neatness of the outlet.
Lead, motivate and train the outlet team to boost staff morale and create a conducive environment for the team.
The Role Holder is skilled in coaching and developing team members having a very good interpersonal relations and organizational development mindset.
Provide Leadership direction to operation team and support matters including being responsible for healthy, safe working environment .
Manage outlet staff’s schedules
Adhere to all food hygiene standard and procedures.
COMPETENCIES
Posses good people management, resource allocation skills.
Posses good leadership and communication skill.
Willing to work 6 days rotating shift, on weekends and public holidays.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum secondary school. Diploma in any field is an advantage.
Fluent in English and other languages is a plus.
Have at least 2 years in F&B industry (preferred)
